What are the Disadvantages of having an Alexa ?

 Here are some disadvantages of having an Alexa home: 


  • Having an Alexa home will definitely slower the Wifi usage. If you are to use Alexa for streaming video, listening to music, video chatting and other similar uses; then it will definitely slower the internet connection. 
  • Alexa could be dangerous! Placing Alexa in certain areas of your house can jeopardize your privacy, security or even cause damage to your Echo. 
  • Another con is that anyone can access Alexa. Just by saying the magic word "Alexa" and it will operate immediately. 
  • It takes several days to install the latest software update into the device. 
  • Amazon Alexa is expensive to purchase.
